Days that just happened: G-20 (odd!), NATO, European Union meeting - USA in Prague, the Alliance of Civilizations (and the national pre-crisis and Autonomous Government!). The world, or a part thereof, together with aspirations to make positive new changes. All these appointments seek re-foundation, or rethinking of the current international scene in all its fields. Revision proposal, reaffirmation of principles and a long list of etceteras.
The "world", despite being on the brink of an abyss-economic and environmental issues, primarily, have tried all this to give a sign of optimism. A sign of confidence and mark the beginning of a change. The message of multilateralism as the main flag of this change, and share national intentions as a tool for this. However, despite everything, I wonder, are they going to change all these big international meetings reigning chaos, "that is, all these peaks will they be able to represent the beginning of a new, more just and humane? The answer is unclear at this time, although it may entail some positivity in the future.
Nevertheless, I think, we should welcome, because although we had a winter full of bad news-and worst! - Spring comes with a large dose of hope. The change in the White House was the beginning of a new phase, still tenemos que ver como se completa, y para lo que es necesario, entre otras cosas, de una mayoría progresista al otro lado del Atlántico en aras de mantener una mejor capacidad política de cooperación.
