ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT The self-proclaimed Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic

The Western Sahara conflict responds, among other things, on a collision 'model' of the Cold War, when the West unfailing support an actor next to their interests In this case Morocco, to the detriment of another actor who could, under any obligation, to be close to the interests of the Soviet era.

Both the late 70's and during the 80's, the Saharawi people left the world between amazement and bewilderment, seeing as scarce resources and a fledgling organization was able to maintain the pulse Mauritania, both with whom he signed the peace-and Morocco until 1991 with whom he signed a peace agreement under UN auspices in 1991.

Not wanting to go into details or ridges current conflict, exacerbated in the media sphere with hunger strike Haidar, and leaving aside in this article territorial claims and self-determination right of the Saharawi people, to concentrate on today, the vast majority in the refugee camps of Tindouf, in Algeria - included the great organizational skills, with limited resources, since they depend almost entirely on international aid- has managed to develop the self-proclaimed government of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, SADR.

Notably, even if located in one of the harshest regions of the earth, SADR Parliament has established a chamber composed of 51 members of both sexes. Parliament, elected every three years is elected by direct universal suffrage. In addition to approving the State Budget, including its work is of control the government of the SADR.

On the other hand, the Government is represented in the figure of the President, which is the same time Secretary General of the Polisario Front. SADR President is elected by the Congress of the Polisario Front and among its powers is that of appointing the Prime Minister and the Ministers of the SADR.

At the same time, the judiciary is exercised through the courts, which are divided into Courts of First Instance, Appeal and Supreme Court, the highest judicial body.

All the three branches chosen equally to the six members that make up in the Constitutional Council, which is responsible for ensuring the constitutionality of laws and the legality and transparency of elections.

As healthcare services are concerned, the Saharawi people, with the help of different organizations in the region, established a school total population of 3 to 16 universal and free. Also, assistance Health is also free, and while the SADR does not have great technical means if you have highly qualified product of higher education agreements with Cuba.

Grown in adversity, it could be a wonderful definition of the Saharawi people. With a total lack of resources, and a highly complex situation, after more than fifteen years of armed conflict, and more than three decades in the middle of a desert without any recourse, the Sahrawi have learned with effort and dedication to establish basic structures advanced resources, but guarantees for the control, management and support of refugee camps where hope, someday, the solution to a conflict in which Spain can not and must park their responsibilities.

Why Does The Lump Near My Tailbone Itch And Hurt

Europe from the world ... unite!

This week we witnessed what many have considered a political success: the appointment of another president we had and the European-Commission and Parliament, "and the appointment of a new Mrs. Pesce. All we have assumed that despite the low profile of both, this represents a success for the European Union, a jump tomorrow, win the future from this ...

The truth, my feeling is that the Lisbon Treaty and longed like all legislative possibilities derived from it, is causing more shock and doubts institutions solutions. I think one of the best examples of such "corporatist suspicion 'if I may expression, shows the presidential appointment of Van Rompuy on one side and Ashton on the other. If we win the future, why two people named low profile? Is this a breakthrough? If we want a strong advance, "because we did not go for strong leaders?

Europe is a political construction that needs strong leaders, especially for social and human gain credibility. Not enough just to all political and social advances and institutional-economic has been (that many) but also needs relating to strong personalities, known and recognized by the 500 million Europeans (and perhaps also for the rest Citizens of the World ... especially if we want to become a global player!). Europe, in constant crisis, you need strong and charismatic characters. The European construction needs strong institutions, but also of people willing to lead them.

As Felipe Gonzalez said,''leadership''is carried by generations ... We must also remember that the leaders are conquered, not imposed ... The two above mentioned are escasitos this, however, who knows perhaps clearly bet the progress and I'll be wrong again ...

Patricia Manderola Calata

€ 275 ...

The figure to which I refer are the 275 Euros I perceived a fellow of the Secretariat of the Council of the European Union, to the period practices fall / winter 2008-2009, as monthly compensation contact the Office of the Council Secretariat to the United Nations. Yes, the tickets are subject to reimbursement to the equivalent price of a ticket-Wagonlitt Carlson (CWL), better-known travel agency in these latitudes bruxelenses *, from anywhere in the EU to the airport west of the EU (as Alumni Office), which says it is the Shannon in Ireland. I think that is because the price level offered by the Council CWL (with all its options, advance booking is entitled to cancellation and modification) is equivalent to the price of a ticket price that you and I buy it.

These practices are, without doubt, a unique option to do this kind of practice. A unique experience in the intended anyone can learn a lot, and then become an excellent spokesperson, or spokesman, of the excellent work that the community personnel stationed there performed. I think experiences like that I point out are great and should be promoted. Europe has to give the widest possible access to "Europeanized" in their activities. It is the best advertisement possible.

However, in regard to these practices I would make a reflection / constructive criticism:

To make these practices is necessary to a diplomatic visa type the U.S., G-3 type **. Is achieved without problems since it is the EU itself who is responsible for processing. The visa from seeking work, or work beyond the institutional activity "in the U.S.. Therefore
:
Can any citizen of the Union to these practices? The answer is clear: NO. Only those who financially can have a living (family, loan, money saved ...). That is, from a legal and economic practices are only available for 'elite'.
Also, there is the possibility that someone, once received the 'call fellow UN-EU' does not say no to this opportunity, and launched into the adventure. And as part of the adventure begins to work illegally in a job, surely low-skilled-waiter on weekends, for example. What if working in an inspection reveals that there are a young European diplomat working with visas illegally? Is it a scandal? Does the EU should not consider a reform of the grants in the Foreign Service?

I think we should strengthen the scholarship in European institutions beyond our borders. I am sure that practices outside the EU are a unique experience for the benefit and an excellent opportunity for the EU to sell, borders in his work. I think we should encourage such practices, but I also believe that we must ensure it works even better, or risk having a mishap diplomat who make them blush with shame European elites ...

currently compensates the fellows Secretariat with about 1275 Euros a month to the graduate trainees and 0 Euros for those who do not have ...

And now the question: for 25 euro cents Spain Will you take any action in this regard during the term of his presidency? ;-)

* Someday I will speak of Carlson-Wagonlitt ...
** Diplomatic The G-3 visa is a nonimmigrant visa issued to representatives of foreign governments not recognized by the U.S. to enter into the U.S. to work for an international organization and not for personal business or pleasure. The staff and immediate family members of principal G-3 visa holders also qualify for G-3 visa.

Bollywood Actresses Without Clothes Showing Boobs

Pirates and doubts ...

Sin embargo, creo upon the subject, and its derivations, is acting a little demagogic way that leads to confusion, which highlight a.
Relatives of the kidnapped English-relatives of the other hostages do not know anything, 'demanding' the government to release the two pirates were detained by our armed forces deployed in the area as part of the Atalanta. However, I ask myself is it the government responsible for the release of alleged offenders awaiting trial? Is it not incumbent upon the Court, and that's where the defendants liable responsible for their release as long as the accused prove their innocence? Can the Government change a judicial decision of the High Court? Should we give in to blackmail from terrorists? Would we accept this kind of blackmail if it were, for example, ETA? Surely
my doubts, hiding an almost upon, are not politically correct, but someone has a solution to it ... Or maybe my right gaps are wider than I think ...

Can I Wax Before Hot Bath

LUXURIES, DISTANCES AND OTHER CHINESE TALES ... U.S.

Social Democracy is not dead and that there are still millions of unjust causes why keep fighting, many things to change, and above all, a great world power. Nevertheless, and 'the thing' once 'crisis, "our world is getting better, except for the climate, the international distribution of power, wealth sharing and hunger ... - ya better go depending on many factors ...

Moving on and looking at our planet in another way, everyone is talking about, the emergence (or rather, re-emergence) of Asia-more specifically China and India, and multi-polarization the world. A world in which, apparently, the 'North Atlantic' is no longer the principal place of decision in the world.

Certainly not for me to put into question the global macroeconomic analysis - how could I do that? - But I think I can highlight and point out some differences that seem abysmal and take into account: if well, as noted in the English edition of Foreign Policy in August and September this year, Asia generates 30% of global economic output, due to its population its GDP per capita is only $ 5,800 (combined of countries, none in particular) against the 48,000 of our 'Ally Yankee. " Obvious differences in the mass of the population are latent and manifest.

Sun Tzu, the Art of War uses a distance measurement, the Li, which is about 576 meters, thanks google! -. Sun Tzu The operations are seen as normal based on distances from 500 to 600 kilometers. This work written in the V ° and IV ° BC makes 'our wars of the time' no more than just neighborhood fights. Perhaps, making a mega-blogger- abstraction Sun Tzu has some validity and We do know that although our challenges ahead of them are neighborhood, they lack standing hundreds of miles to see our streets. It is not as fierce as they paint the lion, but despite all the lion has teeth and claws ...

Come on, that while Asia's rise is unstoppable, from a sociological point of view, political and economic - and population ... does anyone know anything Asian pension? - we would have to ask how far it is just such an advance in itself. Is it a harmonious rise? Is it a re-emergence that questions our status quo in the immediacy? Is it the end of the monopoly of the West? Is it a boom that would lead us to question our system of production of luxuries?

NOTE: How many distance Li can be deployed body euro / euro force / army euro / whatever you call it? What can we do? Are we, in all senses in such a crucial aspect of European integration? Did not have to be a social democratic response to this?

NOTE 2: mental masturbation petite ... I've stuck

Los Hombres De Paco Free Online Watch

In Philadelphia, 23.44 local time ... At 5.44 CET an AZERTY ordenadoe without Word ...

and ten days after the United States (East Coast), I explain some of my impressions (based on experiences in NYC and Philadelphia):

The first of all is the size of everything: extreme greatness (in cars , ice cream, hamburgers, people, clothes ... EVERYTHING) and extreme tiny (in cars, ice cream, hamburgers, people, clothes ... ALL), we, the middle term is conspicuously absent ...

The second of all is the ability to constantly change depending on the needs of the citizen-consumer ... for example, broke the shower faucet rented apartment ... I sent a mail to the tenant at 21 hours and 21.40 and had a technician (Mexican) sent by the tenant willing to fix the tap ... I can tell similar example of the fall of a front mid-afternoon for two-three hours after being clean street and a scaffold mounted protective ...

The third is in relation to the plundering of art: while the MoMA or the Metropolitan are full of European works (innumerable paintings by Picasso, Miro, Velazquez, Goya ...) Today I was surprised at the Philadelphia Art Museum (known in the world to be the stairs that Rocky goes into his workouts ;-)), seeing that many of the doors inside the museum are native Andalusian convents (Ecija, While Osuna ...).... you know which to admire the Parthenon in the British Museum, or the Venus of Milo in the Louvre to admire colonial depredations, one can not imagine how painful it can be seen as heritage culture has gone through the power of money ... Well, while you enjoy seeing a Zurbaran hung on a wall in Philadelphia, comes to hurt so many works are so far from where they were conceived ... This I mean, that the undersigned has felt largely won and highly protectionist as regards cultural level ....

Otherwise, this country and its people (from all over the world, of all colors) continues to amaze even one second ... I like know and while there are still ten days of travel, I have security and be back to visit! ;-)

en route to DC tomorrow!

Spdif Audio Out On Tv

Politeia 2009

The Politeia Young has ended after five days of intense work in which young people of the entities belonging to CJE we discussed and worked on international relations, sexual health, disability, integration, equality and a million topics.

Despite the inclement weather (mid-summer Albacete is a barren desert, dusty, dry and with a ground water that tastes, smells of earth and looks like soil), I think the experience has been positive for all and all the participants.

Personally, I have to say, has helped me a lot: I learned I could compare points of view, I have taken ideas and above all, has given me great encouragement to continue on a more just, egalitarian and advanced. Come on, that this Politeia Youth 2009 'Ciudad de Albacete' has made me have 'green shoots' in my brain.

In conjunction between professional and personal, I'll stick with such a great round table Cadena Ser-Hoy por Hoy Albacete! - Along with Cesar-CJCM-Dani Lostao-CJE-Anabel-CJA-and the undersigned ... A wonderful experience and which I enjoyed as a child with new shoes.

Well, I could keep writing for hours, but we must end this post, I have to pack my stuff for my holidays in the States! ;-) Happy Summer
