The truth, my feeling is that the Lisbon Treaty and longed like all legislative possibilities derived from it, is causing more shock and doubts institutions solutions. Europe is a political construction that needs strong leaders, especially for social and human gain credibility. Not enough just to all political and social advances and institutional-economic has been (that many) but also needs relating to strong personalities, known and recognized by the 500 million Europeans (and perhaps also for the rest Citizens of the World ... especially if we want to become a global player!). Europe, in constant crisis, you need strong and charismatic characters. The European construction needs strong institutions, but also of people willing to lead them.
