Serviette Easy Folding

before Congress calls upon the Government to limit evictions for nonpayment of mortgages

Congress approved on Tuesday a motion urging the Government to consider the necessary legislative changes to regulation
l Mortgage limit evictions caused by mortgage defaults
. The House also has validated the anti-crisis package enacted by the Executive.
The motion, agreed by CiU and PSOE
also requests the Executive to assess the increasing amounts that can not be garnished wages, land, pension,
pay or its equivalent to meet the outstanding debt of a mortgage executed. also requests the Government to consider
change the law so that foreclosure can be stopped
where the debtor is an individual who is immersed in a bankruptcy proceeding (former suspension of payments), as is already covered in the case of companies.
